KYB documents are missing
We tell you exactly what's missing the day we find it. Day 1 starts once verification is complete.
Exports arrive after day 5
Each day late moves the later weeks by a day, and we confirm your new close date straight away.
Your old books don't balance
We list every account that differs and by how much. You approve each correction before it's posted.
Approvers aren't named
Bills can't be paid without an approver, so we confirm names on the kickoff call.
Questions finance leaders ask
How long does it take to implement Viacle?
30 days from kickoff to your first month closed in Viacle, as long as business verification is complete before day 1 and your exports reach us by day 5.
What is KYB verification, and why is it needed?
KYB (know your business) is the check regulated payment partners must run on every business that moves money through them. It confirms who the company is, who owns and runs it, and how it will use payments. Viacle runs it with our payment partner before day 1, so payments are ready when you need them.
What data does Viacle migrate?
Up to 24 months of history: your chart of accounts, each company you run, suppliers, customers, opening balances, open bills and invoices, and posted transactions. The Viacle team imports it and checks every balance against your old trial balance before you sign off.
What does our team need to do?
Send your KYB documents, join the kickoff call, send exports from your current systems by day 5, name your approvers and sign off each step. The Viacle team does the setup and the import.
Is onboarding included in the price?
Yes. Onboarding, data migration and business verification are part of the one Viacle plan, with no paid add-ons.
